Rachael was amazing. She was able to read my body, trigger points and myofascial issues and at the end of the session released my shoulder to regain my range of motion. Highly recommend!

“ I suffered from really bad pubic symphysis pain and sciatica during my pregnancy and a lot of neck and shoulder tension from nursing postpartum. Rachael helped immensely with both issues, she has amazing knowledge and massage skills and the sweetest demeanor and calming presence. If you’re an expectant or new mom, I can’t recommend her enough! “

“ I cannot recommend Rachael enough! Her prenatal massage was relaxing but also therapeutic. She employed a lot of different techniques to address my specific issues and pain. She is so knowledgeable and approached each session with compassion. I felt extra safe with Rachael knowing she also teaches prenatal massage, and is an expert in this. I look forward to having her as my doula in the future! “

“ What an amazing experience! I was a bit nervous to get a massage while pregnant, but Rachael is so knowledgeable it put my mind at ease, and wow, I needed it!! She made me feel safe and comfortable - I’ve already booked myself in with her for bi-weekly massages! “

“Rachael is amazing! As a pelvic floor physical therapist, I am particular about the specialists I see during pregnancy and postpartum. Rachael is someone I trust tremendously with my body and I refer my patients to her! I am so happy to have found Rachael’s massage therapy services because it is so hard to find someone who is highly specialized in pregnancy and postpartum. Her hands on skills are superb and not only calming but structural and so helpful!”

"I saw Rachael yesterday for the labor ready massage and I can’t say enough good things. I’ve had a handful of prenatal massages during my pregnancy and this one was by far the best. I left feeling incredibly relaxed. Highly recommend!"

Since I had a C-section a few days ago, my legs were extremely swollen, and my whole body felt stiff. I tried this place for a massage, and it was an amazing experience! Rachael was so professional, and the bedding was exceptional. I could lie on that bed forever if I could. I'll definitely be coming back soon!

Rachael is amazing! I’ve been to see her twice now during my pregnancy and left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated after each massage. Most recently, I was experienced some rib and back pain that she helped relieve. Rachael is kind and accommodating during the massage, checking in about temperature, pressure, and comfortability. I’m excited to continue seeing her in my postpartum stage as well. Highly recommend!
