A prenatal yoga practice includes specific poses accompanied by breathing and relaxation techniques, bringing you into a state of awareness and balance. Prenatal Yoga will teach you to listen to yourself, and use your intuition. This can help you on and off the mat by naturally knowing what is good or not so good for you and baby.

Every class offers variations to suit all stages of pregnancy. There are no fixed rules. Pregnancy requires you to be adaptable, so we always tune into what we need on that particular day and adapt appropriately. Using a mix of static and dynamic movements, you are able to get a more energizing and intense practice some days, while others you may chose to soften and restore.
