Postpartum Pilates Series
Butter.'s Postpartum Pilates Series is designed to ease you back into movement with intention, helping you reconnect with your core, rebuild strength, and reestablish a supportive routine. Each class will focus on one of the 4 S’s of Pilates: Strength, Stability, Stretch, and Stamina, and will be led by a 600-hr comprehensively certified, classical Pilates instructor.
Each 60-minute class includes:
• 15 minutes of intro + education
• 45 minutes of mindful Pilates
• Coffee & community afterward
A gentle, empowering return to your body awaits.
Please receive clearance from your care provider before beginning postpartum exercise.
